Policies.

 

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our customers at Chambers Aesthetics, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, as per Chambers Aesthetics company policies if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.

Late Policy

We always try to run our clinic on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and proceed with other patients. This allows us to assure convenience and accessibility to all of our patients.

Membership Policy.

Each month, the membership fee is deposited into the client wallet at Chambers Aesthetics. All funds may be used towards any treatment, services, or retail products. Membership funds cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Membership must be active to receive discounts.

The Initial Membership period shall be for a period of 6 months (The Initial Period). A member shall not be entitled to cancel his/her membership during the Initial Period. After the Initial Period, the membership shall continue month to month. After the Initial Period, the member may cancel the membership at any time by giving a 30-day written notice. Any unused services will expire should you elect to cancel your membership.

There may be times when extenuating circumstances (such as extended illness, military service, or temporary relocation) cause a member to need to suspend their membership. A member may suspend their membership for up to a total of 3 months during the contract period by providing written notice 30 days prior to the beginning of the date the suspension is to begin. This will extend the contract period by the number of months the membership is suspended. (i.e. from 12 months to a maximum of 15 months if suspended for 3 months). During a period of membership suspension, your account will not be charged the monthly dues and you may not receive any accumulated services.

Your membership services are not transferrable. They must be used by the member enrolled in the program. Membership services may not be combined with any other promotional offer/specials. There will be no refunds issued for any charged [member] dues.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards do not expire and can be used towards treatments, services and retail products.  Gift cards cannot be used as payment for memberships or for a cancellation fee. To check the balance of your gift card, please call/text the clinic at 615-723-6161.

 

Refund/Return Policy

All services/treatments are NONREFUNDABLE. Retail products must be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
